AMC Specialty, Inc. was founded in May of 2000 by Thomas Cunningham and Helen Cunningham. At first, AMC Specialty, Inc. did primarily residential work, commercial grounds maintenance, grading and landscape installs for home builders, and grounds maintenance and weed & debris for local cities. We were originally AMC Specialty Lawn and Landscape but in 2006 we became incorporated to just be AMC Specialty, Inc. As of now we specialize in, pesticide state work, grounds maintenance and weed & debris for local cities, commercial grounds maintenance, and snow removal services. We are woman owned and SWAM certified.
